It is crazy to think about how much life has changed in the past year.
One year ago...
...we started a blog
...we had a five week old daughter who slept, ate and pooped
...we were the most clueless new parents ever =)
...I was working my last week at the Center for Youth Ministry
...Stephen was enjoying his last week of summer vacation (as a teacher) and dreaming about his new job at Anderson Mill
...we were saying goodbye to students at Ninth and O Baptist Chruch
...we were packing up to move from Louisville to Spartanburg
...we had no clue what adventure God had waiting for us
A year later...
... I sit and read back through a year of posts and reminisce
... we have a full blown toddler who walks and talks, and another baby on the way
...we still feel like clueless parents sometimes =) but at least we know some basics
... I stay at home and play all day
...Stephen has been very successful working with middle school students and is launching a new ministry for Preteens next week
...we are buying a house - yay for first time home buyers!
...we are "home" at AMRBC - and can't imagine life without this family
...we look back and realize that God has blessed us far beyond what we could have even dreamed about a year ago.
What has God done in your life in the past 12 months?

Looking back is good, but it is even more exciting to think about the future. God has blessed our family, our home, our ministry so much in the past year as we were faithful to his call... whatever He has planned for this next year - I'm ready!

We are blessed to have you here at Amrbc! I am excited to see what God has planned for you this year. Enjoy your last few weeks as the parent of one child.
I echo what Barbara said. We are indeed blessed to have all the Timmons at AMRBC. I appreciate your sacrifice. I know God will continue to honor your faithfulness and this new ministry will take off like wildfire!! God continues to teach and mold me in so many ways...this past year He has "refined" my ablilty just to rest in Him and let Him be God. I am learning (slowly, but surely) to be less controlling! :)
